Defective control units
ABS control unitt
The ABS control unit is defective, error messages such as those of the wheel sensors are output although these have already been replaced. There may also be no communication between the between the ABS control unit and the diagnostic unit.
Airbag control unit
After an accident, crash data is stored in the airbag control unit. This is a software software problem of the control unit. We can repair the control unit, and in most cases it is not necessary to replace it. We install new software and restore the control unit to its original state.
Engine control unit - ECU
Various failures of the engine control unit cause the vehicle not to start or to stop again while driving. The vehicle starts and runs erratically, misfires occur.

DSG Repair
The tachometer in the speedometer does not work properly. No communication with the gearshift via diagnostic device. DSG gearbox error light usually comes on in the speedometer. DSG tries to shift, mostly without success.
Turbocharger control unit
Problems with the boost pressure control. Vehicle runs with reduced power or in emergency program. Error memory Inquiry results mostly in different errors, which refer to the boost pressure.
Transmission control unit
Error symptoms: Vehicle switches to emergency program, the tachometer in the speedometer does not work properly, no communication
with the gear shift by diagnostic device, engine and ABS error lamp lights up, gear jumps out while driving.

You are welcome to bring your vehicle to our workshop in Düren (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany). We will take care of removal and installation on-site.[*] Please contact us in advance to discuss repairs on site and arrange an appointment. Repairs of combined instruments and satellite navigation units usually take no longer than between one and two hours. Please query the duration of repairs for control units and other electronic components.
We have provided a customer lounge with a coffee machine, television and magazines. Alternatively you may also use our convenient mail order service for repairs.
Mail order services
Send your parcel with the parcel service of your choice.
Please remember to attach the Repair form.
In most cases, we repair received electronic components on the same day.[**]
We will also return the units on the same day. As a rule, parcels are shipped for between one and two working days.
Payment is conveniently collected on delivery, i.e. you pay the parcel service agent in cash at your front door.
We use UPS as our shipping agent.
